    Tidy, great value hotel, the location was unbeatable and stunning really close to the beach, Abu Dhabi and Golf Club. Our deluxe room was equipped with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and an individual safe. The staff was decent and consistently courteous, offered good services.

    A quiet place - far away from the bustling crowd. More of a getaway kind of place. The hotel has free internet - all over the place.The beaches are pristine clean and you can easily walk almost a kilometer and half into the sea on a low tide !! (That itself is a unique experience)

    Food could be a challenge (if one is finicky about food) ! Also they could have easily promoted some spas / massages etc

    pleasant stay with a few hiccups

    The staff provided really good service and genuinely. Our room upgrade to a chalet with a sea view was a good surprise and enhanced our experience. The all-inclusive dining options offered a variety of superb meals that kept us satisfied throughout our stay.

    The location, while peaceful, felt somewhat isolated from nearby attractions.

    The beautiful combination of lawns and beach and beautiful blue sea. The view is breathtaking and you will automatically relax upon arrival.

    The wine list is very limited.The wait staff in the Tides restaurant could be a little better.

    The breakfast was like a zoo with no staff to manage the chaos, how hard is it to get a little organization? And the cold room rivaled an icebox, unbelievable. I expected some sort of compensation for this nightmare and yet, nothing. So disappointing, i was almost going to give a good review but just couldn't.

    Highly friendly staff, the italian restaurant serves fine dishes.

    There are bikes to be taken for free at the gym area, but unfortunately it is only possible to ride them within the hotel facilities. Not big deal.

    I really enjoyed the value I got for my money, especially with the beautiful oceanfront chalets that offered fine views. The staff were attentive, making us feel right at home throughout our stay.

    Menu for breakfast could include more seafood options.

    If you're looking for a relaxing getaway, this place is a gem! The fine beach view rooms are clean and inviting. With excellent dining options and amazing hospitality from the staff, including compliments to the chefs, you're guaranteed a nice experience. Families will appreciate the fun indoor play areas for kids too!
